We're eight days removed from the 2015 NFL Draft and the Jacksonville Jaguars are hosting their first practice of the season -- a two-hour rookie mini camp that includes this year's rookie draft class, UDFAs, tryout players, and several first-year players, totaling 54 players giving their first impressions to the coaches and staff.

Yes, the guys are in shorts, and yes it'll be largely non-contact, but who cares? It's Jaguars football!

7:25 PM: It's as we feared. Dante Fowler is expected to miss the 2015 season with an ACL tear.

2:43 PM: Oh no. Oh no, oh no, oh no. We're nearing the end of the first day of rookie mini-camp and Dante Fowler has gone down hard. We'll update his status as soon as we learn it.

1:13 PM: Offensive linemen drills.

1:09 PM: Players making their way onto the fields. Skill positions will be what to look for today.

12:13 PM: New jersey numbers for all the drafted rookies.

10:27 AM: Read up on one of the undrafted free agents competing for a job today: Maryland linebacker Matt Robinson.

10:13 AM: T-minus three hours!

9:00 AM: That's right. Exactly one year ago, we made our most important draft pick in years.

8:55 AM: Yes, this was from last night, but safety (along with offensive line and running back) will be one of the most interesting training camp battles this summer.
