Fowler was drafted No. 3 overall in the 2015 NFL Draft. This was his first organized team activity with the Jaguars. He is the second of three first-round picks by general manager Dave Caldwell to suffer a season-ending injury during their rookie season, with Luke Joeckel going out for the year in 2012.
