The Jacksonville Jaguars weren’t in full pads during organized team activities (OTAs) and minicamp but that didn’t stop them from putting an increased emphasis on the running game. They had a period in each practice where they set up overturned garbage cans as defensive linemen and ran through running plays. Those mental reps will hopefully have the offensive line further along when the pads finally do go on during training camp, coach Gus Bradley said.
