The Jacksonville Jaguars (1-3) are traveling to play the Chicago Bears (1-3) at Soldier Field. Coming off a much-needed bye week, the Jaguars will look for improved play out of quarterback Blake Bortles and something resembling a run game out of their banged up offensive line and T.J. Yeldon and Chris Ivory acting as a 1-2 punch. The defense, as it has been all season, will likely do enough to win, so it’s up to the offense and special teams to win this game.
