Shad Khan holds rare meeting with Jaguars players and coaches

Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shad Khan doesn't often get involved in football operations aspect of his NFL franchise. So when he does like he reportedly did today, it's significant.

According to people who spoke to the Associated Press on condition of aonymity, the theme of Khan's meeting was ''why are we not winning and what can we do to fix it?'' It's not revealed whether it was coaches, players, or both who leaked the meeting's details.

Further, the Associated Press reported that Khan's open forum allowed players and coaches to ask questions and exchange thoughts about what's gone wrong for a team that was expected to make a significant jump this season.
