Telvin Smith was on the injury report all week long for the Jacksonville Jaguars and didn't participate in any practices after his brother was shot and killed last Sunday. But now Telvin is back and traveling with the team and will play against the Detroit Lions this week.

According to ESPN's Mike DiRocco, the Valdosta, Georgia Police Department said that Telvin's brother, 25-year-old Brian Keith Moore, was shot to death shortly before 10 p.m. ET on Sunday night at a residence on Knox Drive. Childress said detectives have found a couple of witnesses to the shooting and have determined a motive but did not want to release that information.
Telvin went to Instagram hours afterwards.
Chris Smith will also be inactive after not practicing this week either.
