Tuesday Talk: Who are your ideal replacements?

The Jaguars could possibly be looking for a new head coach, general manager, and quarterback.

On to the next one! Right? Guys? Hello?

Unfortunately, with the way the Jaguars’ season has gone, there isn’t much to look forward to in the remaining three games. Naturally, a lot of the talk around the Jags has shifted towards the offseason, and that’s going to be the topic of this week’s Tuesday Talk.

For those who aren’t aware, here’s a quick recap of what the Tuesday Talk is all about. Since Tuesday is kind of the ‘dead’ day between reviewing the last game and looking ahead to the next one, it seems like the perfect time to have a discussion about the Jaguars that goes beyond weekly game chat. This will divert from the typical article; I will post the topic or question for the week, and then hopefully you guys will discuss your thoughts in the comments section. As always, we ask that you remain civil and respectful towards each other. Also, if you feel that the topic or discussion is pointless, that’s fine. There’s no need to comment with that, you can just happily choose to ignore the discussion that week.

Our original Tuesday Talk - focusing on who was the most to blame out of the head coach, general manager, or quarterback - drew a lot of discussion. Today, we will take that same idea one step further. Part one: state which of the three you think should be replaced this offseason. Part two: This is the main part. Tell us who you’re dream replacement would be for each of the positions you listed. It can be a pipe dream, a realistic scenario, or whatever else you like. This is your time. Also, if you think any of the three should remain in place, let us know that as well!

Have fun everyone, and fire away!
