The Jacksonville Jaguars have placed cornerback Aaron Colvin (ankle) and offensive lineman Chris Reed (toe) on the team’s reserve/injured list. The team also promoted defensive back Akeem Davis and wide receiver Tony Washington from the practice squad to the active roster in advance of Saturday’s game against the Tennessee Titans.

Colvin played in 10 games this season and registered a sack, but he definitely had a down year compared to his sophomore season last year when he played in all 16 games and finished the year with a forced fumble, 4.0 sacks, and seven passes defended.

Reed was a long shot to make the roster in training camp but played his way onto the team, earning a spot as the third-string left guard. He was forced into action after Patrick Omameh was lost for the season due to injury.

Tyler Shatley will likely play left guard. If he’s injured, it will be backup right tackle Josh Wells.
