Jaguars vs. Broncos: Live blog for Week 13 at EverBank Field

The Jacksonville Jaguars (2-9) are playing the Buffalo Bills (7-4). We still have four more games after today. We’re almost through another year, everyone.

Live blog

4:10 PM: And that does it. The Jaguars have double-digit losses for the sixth season in a row.

4:05 PM: A garbage time field goal just about seals it. Broncos up 20-10 late in the fourth quarter.

3:45 PM: OH YOU ARE AWFUL AT YOUR JOB JERMEY PARNELL

3:24 PM: Blake Bortles runs it in from 22 yards out! He must have heard he'd get a head coach who would bench him if he didn't score. Broncos still up 17-10.

3:00 PM: FUN FACT: Blake Bortles has more pick-sixes (11) than career wins (10). #PleaseClap

2:57 PM: And there's your Blake Bortles special! A pressure leads to a pick-six. Broncos up 17-3.

2:23 PM: This catch by Demaryius Thomas sets up an easy 32-yard field goal by Brandon McManus to end the first half. Broncos up 10-3.

1:57 PM: Devontae Booker runs it in from the goal line. Broncos up 7-3 on a play where several Jaguars defenders missed tackles and Russell Okung dragged Booker illegally into the end zone.

1:46 PM: The Jaguars avoided the shutout! Jason Myers with the 47-yard field goal! Jaguars up 3-0 on the Broncos!

1:35 PM: At the end of the first quarter we have one first down between both teams and a 0-0 game. JAGUARS FOOTBALL, BAY-BEE!

1:29 PM: Blake Bortles had a tipped pass and it wasn't intercepted. BREAK OUT THE CHAMPAGNE!

1:25 PM: Stop me if you've heard this one: The Jaguars defense is playing lights out and the offense can't do a damn thing.

12:03 PM: John Elway at EverBank Field. Oh.

11:30 AM: Jaguars inactives vs. Broncos: QB Brandon Allen, CB Josh Johnson, RB Chris Ivory, DL Jared Odrick, TE Julius Thomas, WR Allen Hurns, and OL Jeremiah Poutasi. Looks like first-year receiver Shane Wynn is dressing.

8:55 AM: Well this is interesting — Tom Coughlin and the Jaguars reportedly have mutual interest in working together next year. Whether it’s the head coach or front office hasn’t been determined, but the rumors are still flying.

7:42 AM: @ColeFartley with the Week 13 preview of the Jaguars vs. Broncos. He had a little help from ESPN and the "30 for 30" franchise.

7:10 AM: Because of Rashad Greene and Allen Hurns being out, first-year wide receiver Shane Wynn has been brought up to the 53-man active roster. He’ll likely be a healthy inactive as the Jaguars already have Allen Robinson, Marqise Lee, Arrelious Benn, and Bryan Walters at the top four spots and they won’t need any help in the return game. But if Wynn is active as the No. 5 receiver, I wouldn’t be surprised to see him not get a single snap unless there were an injury.

7:00 AM: Rashad Greene, Chris Ivory, Allen Hurns, and Jared Odrick were ruled OUT earlier in the week and later Greene went on season-ending injured reserve. The absence of Ivory hurts the most with Hurns not far behind. Tyson Alualu and Dante Fowler will get more snaps because of Odrick’s absence so it’s a net zero, to be honest. Greene being out is actually a net positive in the punt return game.
