2016 NFL free agency: Washington players who could be targeted by Jaguars

There are several familiar faces on Washington's list of impending free agents. Are any worth a look for the Jaguars?

Tim Heitman-USA TODAY Sports

The Jacksonville Jaguars will see several familiar faces on Washington's list of free agents this year, specifically defensive lineman Terrance Knighton and cornerback Will Blackmon. While Knighton and Blackmon aren't coming to Jacksonville, are there any free agents that Jaguars fans should keep an eye on?

Here are all the impending Washington free agents, according to OverTheCap.com.

Player Position Status Salary
Terrance Knighton DT UFA $4,450,000
Colt McCoy QB UFA $1,500,000
Logan Paulsen TE UFA $1,333,333
Darrel Young FB UFA $1,323,333
Kedric Golston DT UFA $1,100,000
Alex Smith TE UFA $870,000
Pierre Thomas RB UFA $870,000
Will Blackmon CB UFA $870,000
Cary Williams CB UFA $745,000
Mason Foster ILB UFA $745,000
Brian De La Puente C SFA $745,000
Junior Galette OLB UFA $745,000
Josh LeRibeus RG UFA $714,081
Frank Kearse DE UFA $660,000
Duke Ihenacho S RFA $660,000
Tom Compton RT RFA $660,000
Kirk Cousins QB UFA $643,172
Keenan Robinson ILB UFA $630,027
Alfred Morris RB UFA $555,775
Chris Thompson RB ERFA $540,000
Will Compton ILB ERFA $495,000
Tress Way P ERFA $465,000

I've never thought about this before, but Alfred Morris could be a decent complement to T.J. Yeldon should their Plan A of someone like Lamar Miller not work out. The linebackers aren't good outside of Ryan Kerrigan and Trent Murphy (who aren't free agents). And Tress Way is not an upgrade over Bryan Anger.
