ESPN's Todd McShay has released his second mock draft of 2016 and the Jacksonville Jaguars are selecting Florida State standout Jalen Ramsey with the No. 5 overall pick.
McShay notes this would be an ideal scenario for the Jaguars as they would get the best all-around football player among the secondary class.
5. Jacksonville Jaguars: Jalen Ramsey, DB, Florida St.
For a team looking to improve on defense, this would be an ideal scenario. Ramsey is the No. 2 overall player on our board, thanks to his versatility in the secondary (he can play corner or safety at the next level), along with his incredible athleticism. He isn't the best pure man-to-man cover CB in this class (that distinction belongs to Vernon Hargreaves III), but Ramsey is the best all-around football player among the secondary crop.
As far as the other AFC South teams go, McShay believes the Tennessee Titans will grab defensive lineman Joey Bosa, the Indianapolis Colts will select offensive tackle Taylor Decker, and the Houston Texans will pick defensive lineman Vernon Butler.
