The Jacksonville Jaguars started free agency with a splash, signing defensive lineman Malik Jackson on Tuesday afternoon and then adding complementary running back Chris Ivory later in the night. But afterwards, things slowed on the Jaguars front, as they signed punter Brad Nortman and then missed out on defensive end Olivier Vernon. But they ended the night as strongly as they could with safety Tashaun Gipson.
