The Jacksonville Jaguars were reportedly "in the mix" to trade for Chandler Jones away from the New England Patriots, according to Mike Loyko of NEPatriotsDraft.com. The other teams interested were the Cleveland Browns, Green Bay Packers, and the Arizona Cardinals who ended up acquiring him.
Also told four teams were in the mix for Chandler Jones. Haven't confirmed otherwise but told CLE Jax and GB were among interested teams.

Acquiring Jones is something a few of us advocated for earlier in the week during a round table discussion about what the Jacksonville Jaguars should do to address their pass rush problems.
The Jaguars desperately need a pass rusher and Jones would have been a monumental get. Last year, Jones started 15 games and finished the season with 44 tackles with a career-high 12.5 sacks. He also had four forced fumbles, two passes defended, and his first career interception, earning a Pro Bowl spot for the first time.
