Ryan Davis, Abry Jones, and Nic Jacobs extended tenders with Jacksonville Jaguars -
The Jaguars extended tenders to three restricted free agents today: Defensive end Ryan Davis, defensive tackle Abry Jones and tight end Nic Jacobs. A league source said Davis and Jones were given second-round tenders; another team would have to surrender its second-round pick to sign them away from the Jaguars. The NFL hasn’t announced the amount of the tenders, but a second-round tender is expected to be around $2.5 million.

How does Bruce Irvin fit on the Jaguars -
Jacksonville's defensive scheme fits Irvin perfectly. The LEO/OTTO positions as a pass rusher and coverage linebacker are the exact molds for a player like Bruce Irvin to excel in. Whether he's got his hand in the dirt to rush the quarterback or is standing off of the line of scrimmage to drop into coverage, there will always be a spot for Irvin on the field.

Offseason needs for the Jaguars -
On an offensive line that struggled mightily with inconsistency, Wisniewski proved to be a highly valuable pickup. The former Raiders center was the strongest member of the front five, and the team has more than enough cap space—up to $88 million, by some estimates—to easily re-sign him.
