The New York Giants have reportedly agreed to terms with Los Angeles Rams free agent cornerback Janoris Jenkins, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Jenkins was thought to be a top target that made a lot of sense for the Jacksonville Jaguars, but with very little news linking the two, general manager Dave Caldwell obviously didn't agree with us.
Biggest CB domino expected to fall after new league year kicks off: Rams CB Janoris Jenkins is poised to join NY Giants, sources tell ESPN.

The Rams were always going to lose one of Jenkins or Trumaine Johnson this offseason and they ended up keeping the better overall corner of the two. Some might have reservations with Jenkins because of his past, but he's steered clear of trouble while in the NFL and is a play making corner the Jaguars desperately needed.
Jenkins is also someone who forces turnovers and makes big plays, which is something the Jaguars defense is lacking. He seemed to be the perfect compliment opposite Davon House, but alas.
