Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Gus Bradley recently sat down with ESPN's John Clayton on 710 ESPN Seattle to talk about the draft, the offseason and more.

Bradley talks right away about how the pressure is on him and his staff in Jacksonville and his relationship with Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll. He also speaks on the similarities and differences between the scheme and roster development between what he saw with the Seahawks to what he's done in Jacksonville.
What's most interesting is Clayton's questions about how Bradley, a defensive-minded coach, has had far more success with the offense in his first three years and that talent and development is lacking on the defensive side of the ball. Bradley shed a little light on that observation.
