The Jacksonville Jaguars return to Organized Team Activities on Tuesday, the second week of the four-week Phase 3 of their offseason program. As with last week's workouts, Sen'Derrick Marks will not be working on the field with his teammates. Jacksonville is keeping the former Vigor High School and Auburn standout sidelined during OTAs as he recovers from his second major injury in two seasons.

Rashad Greene and Marqise Lee are the top two candidates, and the answer depends on whether Lee is able to stay healthy. His speed and explosiveness are on a different level than what the other receivers have, so if he's able to make it through organized team activities, minicamp, training camp, and the preseason healthy -- and that's a huge if considering his history -- he most likely will be the No. 3 receiver.
