The Jacksonville Jaguars announced they'll be inducting Jimmy Smith into their Pride of the Jaguars ring of honor on December 11th when they host the Minnesota Vikings. Smith is the greatest receiver (and possibly the greatest player) in franchise history.
A second-round pick with the Dallas Cowboys, and later a member of the Philadelphia Eagles practice squad, Smith was a member of the inaugural Jaguars team in 1995. He played a minor role in the team's first season, but blossomed (along with the team) in 1996. In his 11 seasons with the Jaguars, he had nine 1,000-yards seasons. His 12,287 career receiving yards ranks him 19th on the all-time list, above the likes of Michael Irvin, Charlie Joyner, and Don Maynard.
What was your favorite memory of Jimmy Smith?
Was it his diving touchdown grab against the Denver Broncos in 1996?

Or the way he made fades along the sideline look routine?

Maybe it was after his playing days, when he circled up with the Bold City Brigade?
Whatever your favorite memory, share it with us in the comments and let's celebrate the greatest receiver to ever put on a Jaguars uniform.
