Jaguars announce sellout of Week 1 regular season opener vs. Packers

Whoops.

Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

The Jacksonville Jaguars announced today that single game tickets are sold out for the regular season opener versus the Green Bay Packers on Sunday, September 11 at EverBank Field. The team said it will be releasing 150 standing-room-only tickets this week on www.jaguars.com.

The Jaguars are scheduled to play six games against playoff teams from 2015: Green Bay, Kansas City, Denver, Minnesota and Houston (twice). Three of those five teams advanced to the divisional round (Green Bay, Kansas City and Denver), with Denver winning Super Bowl 50. Four of those six games will be played at EverBank Field, beginning with Green Bay for Week 1.

The Jaguars’ Family Night Scrimmage on August 5 drew 27,352 fans, while registration for joint training camp practices with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on August 17-18 reached capacity in less than 24 hours.
