‘Thats why you're the (expletive) Jaguars’

Jacksonville Jaguars defensive lineman Sen’Derrick Marks let his frustrations with the team show after Sunday’s 19-17 loss the Baltimore Ravens and said probably what we were all thinking.

"I felt like we got conservative with six minutes left in the game," Marks told ESPN’s Mike DiRocco Sunday afternoon. "You can’t do that. If it comes down to it and it bites you in the butt like it did [Sunday], then it’s basically that’s why you’re the [expletive] Jaguars. You can’t do that. You have to put teams away. We had plenty of chances and we didn’t do it and they capitalized the exact same way they did at their home last year."

The Jaguars defense did enough, more than enough, for the team to win the game on Sunday but they ended up with another crushing defeat. I don't think this particular instance is going to cause locker room division between the offense and the defense, but it can certainly cause tension if one side of the ball can't pick up what the other side is giving them.
