Jaguars 53-man roster set: Mackenzy Bernadeau, Nick Marshall cut

The Jacksonville Jaguars have set their 53-man roster for the 2016 NFL season with final cuts on Saturday.

Among the more surprising were linebacker Ryan Davis and rookie edge rusher Tyrone Holmes. Nick Marshall cut in the 11th hour was also a bit of a shock. Defensive lineman Michael Bennett was also placed on injured reserve after leaving the preseason finale against the Atlanta Falcons with an injury.

Brandon Allen also makes the active roster as the third quarterback and the team looks to be keeping five running backs with Joe Banyard and Corey Grant both making it.
