Jaguars vs. Bengals: Live blog for Week 9 at EverBank Field

NFL: Los Angeles Rams at Jacksonville Jaguars Reinhold Matay-USA TODAY Sports

The Jacksonville Jaguars are set to take on old AFC central rivals in the Cincinnati Bengals today. The Jaguars are tied for first place in the AFC South, sitting at 4-3 with the Tennessee Titans, while the Indianapolis Colts and Houston Texans are reeling from losing their starting quarterbacks on the same day this past week.

While the Bengals have a formidable defense, their offensive line and run game have been atrocious and should play perfectly into the Jaguars’ plans of making Andy Dalton win through the air.

Leonard Fournette and Brandon Linder should be returning as well, so look for the Jaguars’ run game to be at full strength.

Be sure to check in on the live blog during the day and game for updates, news, rumors, and in-game analysis.

3:59 PM: Game over! Jaguars are two games up over .500 for the first time since 2010. Let’s go beat the Los Angeles Chargers.

3:24 PM: The ol’ front flip at the end of a punt return for a touchdown!

3:23 PM: I am crying laughing.

2:58 PM: Josh Lambo is good for his third field goal of the day! Jaguars up 16-7.

2:55 PM: The Bengals are imploding. Another penalty. Get them off the field.

2:25 PM: This is some of the worst refereeing I’ve seen in a long time. First it was the Joe Mixon touchdown and now Jalen Ramsey getting ejected for a shove. Idiots.

2:05 PM: The refs reviewed this play and called it a touchdown for the Bengals. Disgusting.

1:36 PM: Like what?

1:35 PM: Blake Bortles is outperforming Andy Dalton at this point and I don’t know what to do with my hands.

1:17 PM: Jaguars defense has allowed just three points on eight opening drives this season.

1:16 PM: Jaguars force a punt. It’s gonna be one of those games. Buckle up!

1:14 PM: T.J. Yeldon fumbles on his first carry. Go Jaguars.

12:53 PM: The teal jerseys are WHEW.

12:11 PM: Three strikes and you’re out, I guess. They should have just fined him, but missing treatment is a big no-no.

11:52 AM: Excuse me?

6:00 AM: ICYMI: Dede Westbrook isn’t playing today. The game next week against the Los Angeles Chargers is a better matchup anyway.
