It’s finally here — the game to get us our first division title since 1999. The Jacksonville Jaguars (10-4) are visiting the San Francisco 49ers (4-10).

Can our defense stop a red hot Jimmy Garoppolo? Can Blake Bortles continue his run of excellence? Can Doug Marrone reverse the curse on West Coast trips for his team?

Be sure to check in on the live blog during the day and game for updates, news, rumors, and in-game analysis.

How to watch the game

Here’s everything you need to know to watch, listen to, and live stream the game.

Live blog

7:29 PM: That'll likely do it in Santa Clara. Matt Brieda scores on a third-and-long carry to extend the 49ers lead to 44-33. 1:19 left.

7:20 PM: MAYBE IT'S NOT TOO LATE?!?! Blake Bortles connects with James O'Shaughnessy for a touchdown. Josh Lambo misses the XP: 49ERS 37, JAGUARS 33.

7:11 PM: Maybe a little late, but the Jaguars put eight points on the board to make this a 49ERS 37, JAGUARS 27 game with 2:17 left in the fourth quarter. TJ Yeldon TD, Ben Koyack 2 PT conversion.

6:46 PM: The 49ers are starting to run away with this one. Ahkello Witherspoon intercepts Blake Bortles (Bortles third INT of the game), and Carlos Hyde scores a TD to make the score 49ERS 37, JAGUARS 19.

6:39 PM: The 49ers extend their lead on a drive where the Jaguars defense fell apart. Garappolo throws to Trent Taylor for a short TD. 49ERS 30, JAGUARS 19.

6:13 PM: 49ers retake the lead on a George Kittle touchdown pass from Jimmy Garoppolo. 49ERS 23, JAGUARS 19.

5:59 PM: Good teams know how to bounce back. Jaguars take the lead on a Josh Lambo field goal. JAGUARS 19, 49ERS 16.

5:37 PM: Blake Bortles just did something we've never seen him do before: Bounce back from a pick-six. Jaelen Strong scores his first TD as a Jaguar on a tipped pass from Bortles to Leonard Fournette and the Jaguars tie the game at 16, with 10 second left in the first half.

5:15 PM: The Jaguars finally found the some life on offense, and drive down the field for Leonard Fournette to score a TD from the one yard line. Play of the drive had to be an acrobatic catch by Dede Westbrook on a very good throw from Blake Bortles to the one yard line. 49ERS 16, JAGUARS 9.

4:54 PM: Blake Bortles throws his first pick-six of the 2017 season, but Aaron Colvin returns a blocked extra point to make the score 49ERS 16, JAGUARS 2.

4:31 PM Jaguars DT Malik Jackson and CB Aaron Colvin just got into an argument on the sidelines. Things looking not-so-good, early.

4:29 PM: The 49ers extend their lead to ten after a short field goal. 49ERS 10, JAGUARS 0.

4:25 PM: THE JAGUARS HAVE WON THE AFC SOUTH AFTER THE TITANS LOST TO THE RAMS, 27-23!

4:13 PM: The 49ers are first on the board: Jimmy Garoppolo QB sneaks for a one yard TD. 49ERS 7, JAGUARS 0.

2:39 PM: Inactives today: WR Marqise Lee (ankle), WR Allen Hurns (ankle), OT William Poehls, OT Josh Walker, NT Eli Ankou, DE Carroll Phillips, and OL Chris Reed.

2:31 PM: HALFTIME SCORES UPDATE! Buffalo Bills and New England Patriots tied (what) and Los Angeles Rams and Tennessee Titans tied (whatever).

12:58 PM: If we’re talking other games you need to watch today, we’re rooting for the Buffalo Bills over the New England Patriots and the Houston Texans over the Pittsburgh Steelers. We win today and either one of those happening moves us into the first round bye spot.

12:44 PM: That’s right — if the Los Angeles Rams beat the Tennessee Titans or we win today we’ll get that AFC South title.

4:13 AM: I didn’t think Allen Hurns would be playing against the 49ers but 4:13am? Rap, get some sleep, buddy.
