Former Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Davon House is going home. According to Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, House is signing a one-year deal with the Green Bay Packers, returning to the team that let him become a free agent in 2015.

House started 15 games his first year with the Jaguars and appeared to be a good find in free agency for the Jaguars, but something happened between the end of the 2015 season and the beginning of the 2016 season and House found himself tumbled down the depth chart. The team picked Jalen Ramsey with the fifth overall pick in the NFL Draft and added Prince Amukamara on a prove it contract, but even prior to the season it was expected House would still be a factor on defense.

He wasn't really all that bad until injuries forced the Jaguars’ hand. House seemed frustrated towards the end of the year, pointing out he'd asked what the issue was and why he wasn't playing and got no answers.
