The Jaguars are less than a week away from signing a host of new players to contracts through free agency. With the Jaguars set to focus in on a group of talented players, it makes sense to target some "must have" talent and determine who is not worth breaking the bank. Below are three players the Jaguars should absolutely target and three who should be avoided on the "big pay day" market.

The NFL Players Association may be filing a grievance against the Jaguars, according to Mike Garofolo of NFL.com. According to the report, the Jaguars under Tom Coughlin’s lead have mandated that injured players spend at least four days a week rehabbing in Jacksonville during the offseason, until they are medically cleared. Apparently the NFLPA has taken issue with this, and is considering filing a grievance against the team.
