The Jacksonville Jaguars seem to have some competition for free agent Logan Ryan as the Pittsburgh Steelers have entered the ring and will pursue the New England Patriots cornerback, according to Jeff Howe of the Boston Herald.
There's some solid interest between Logan Ryan and the Steelers, per sources.

The Jaguars better wrap things up with A.J. Bouye soon or else their Plan B in Ryan could be gone.
Logan Ryan is a guy who thrives in man coverage. If you’d like to read more about him as a coverage defender, check out this film breakdown we did of him last month. In his two years as a starter with the Patriots, Ryan intercepted six passes and defended another 25, along with a forced fumble and 131 tackles. All in all in his four year career, Ryan has 13 interceptions, 42 passes defended, four forced fumbles, 202 tackles, and one pick-six touchdown.
While guys like A.J. Bouye will likely look for contracts similar to what Janoris Jenkins got last year in free agency — five years, $60 million — Ryan will likely be offered contracts in the $30-$45 million range. Considering the Jaguars currently have $74 million in cap space, the Jaguars shouldn’t hesitate to spend in free agency to improve this roster, and Logan Ryan should be high on their list.
