The Jacksonville Jaguars are one step closer to signing prized free agent cornerback A.J. Bouye. The Houston Texans have reportedly been informed by Bouye’s agent that he’ll be leaving for another team, according to Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle.
Who that team is remains a mystery.

Earlier today we learned that the Tennessee Titans would be pushing hard for Bouye to come to their team.
With the Jaguars letting go of two of their cornerbacks in Prince Amukamara and Davon House, adding A.J. Bouye (and pairing him with Jalen Ramsey) would be a lot of fun and give the Jaguars one of the top cornerback duos in the NFL.
But it all depends on the money. If he goes with the Titans, it’ll be a black eye for a Jaguars front office who wants to be more aggressive, after restructuring this offseason and giving Coughlin the reigns over general manager Dave Caldwell.
