Josh Scobee is retiring as the proficient kicker and all-time points leader in Jacksonville Jaguars history. His 235 field goals is miles away from the second-best kicker in Mike Hollis, who has 175. And his 1,022 points will likely never be bested in our lifetimes.
Scobee provided a lot of good memories over the years and quite a few game-winning kicks, but what’s your favorite?
Mine has to be his game-winning kick against the Indianapolis Colts during the 2010 season.
Happy birthday, @JoshScobee10! Let's talk about our favorite Josh Scobee memories. Here's mine: https://t.co/t40tK5EQw1 pic.twitter.com/FgRiuK1lEe

It was Week 4 and the Jaguars were coming off two 25-point losses in a row — on the road to the San Diego Chargers and then a lackluster effort where the team only scored three points against the Philadelphia Eagles at home.
Our first AFC South game of the season was hosting Peyton Manning and the Indianapolis Colts and the Jaguars were matching them drive for drive throughout the game. Tied 28-28, David Garrard put together a few good passes to *squints* Tiquan Underwood (lol) to get us to the Colts’ 41-yard line. With five seconds left, Scobee got the call and he nailed it.
It was pandemonium in that stadium and it’s a very fun memory.
What about you? What will you remember about Scobee’s time as a member of the Jaguars?
