If Joe Mixon is available in the second round, do you want the Jaguars to draft him?

NCAA Football: Oklahoma Pro Day Mark D. Smith-USA TODAY Sports

Joe Mixon may be the best running back in the 2017 NFL Draft — measuring in at 6' 1" and 228 pounds, was clocked at a 4.43 time on his 40-yard dash, which is an incredible time for someone of his size. Despite playing at a program like Oklahoma and showing arguably just as much as talent as Leonard Fournette and Dalvin Cook, Mixon has garnered few headlines, largely because of an assault in 2014 where he violently punched a woman and fractured her face in four places.

But Mixon will be entering the draft and a team will select him.

They talked about this on 1010XL’s Jaguars Today radio show today, but here’s our question: If Joe Mixon is available in the second round, would you want the Jaguars to pick him?

For the sake of simplicity, let’s ignore trade scenarios. Pretend the Jaguars are on the clock with the No. 35 overall pick and Mixon is available. They didn’t get a running back in the first round. Would you want Jacksonville to draft him or not?
