Should the Jaguars have gotten a prime time game in 2017?

NFL: Jacksonville Jaguars at Tennessee Titans Christopher Hanewinckel-USA TODAY Sports

The Jacksonville Jaguars won’t be playing a prime time game for the first time ever in franchise history. It took one season of Mike Mularkey, nearly four of Gus Bradley, and Doug Marrone being hired as the head coach — but we finally did it, folks!

But as bad as the Jaguars are, should the NFL be able to shut out teams from prime time matchups?

The only other team to not have a prime time game this year is the Cleveland Browns (go Jaguars!) and the NFL is likely becoming a little more picky about who plays when in prime time due to a lot of bad football games last year. And honestly, it shouldn't be a surprise that the Jaguars don't have a single game. They're coming off a 3-13 season, they have a new head coach, and and their quarterback is Blake Bortles.

But what do you think? Should the Jaguars have had a prime time game this year? Vote in the poll above and let’s talk about it in the comments section.
