The Cleveland Browns are reportedly talking with three teams in the top-8 of the 2017 NFL Draft about moving up from their No. 12 overall selection, according to Mike Silver of NFL Network.

There has been considerable chatter about the Jaguars wanting to move down and collect as many picks as possible this week and with a 3-in-8 chance of it being us, I'd bet one of the Browns' potential suitors is the Jaguars.
What do you think? Are the Jaguars trying to move down? If so, who would they target? Solomon Thomas and Jonathan Allen will be long gone by then, but O.J. Howard could be there at No. 12 overall. Heck, Deshaun Watson could be there too.
