Madden gives Leonard Fournette an 83 overall rating

NFL: 2017 NFL Draft Bill Streicher-USA TODAY Sports

Madden 18 has released their rookie ratings for Madden Ultimate and we’ve got all 32 players and their overall grades, including Jacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette who is currently sitting at an 83 overall.

Fournette stands alongside players like Mitchell Trubisky and John Ross in terms of overall ratings because the Madden Ultimate ratings are based on draft slot. Myles Garrett tops the class with an 84 overall rating, but I could see that being bumped up to the high 80’s based on his NFL Combine scores and workouts. Same with Solomon Thomas.

Thanks to Pewter Report for the overall grades:

Fournette — along with all other first-round rookies — are available through Ultimate Team mode in Madden 17, but will be featured in Madden 18 when the game is released in August.

What do you think? Is Fournette’s grade going to go up or down between now and when Madden 18 comes out? Or is 83 a pretty accurate overall grade for him?
