The Jacksonville Jaguars began organized team activities (OTAs) on Tuesday morning, but offensive lineman Branden Albert wasn’t the only player missing from the practice. Multiple defensive backs didn’t participate in the practice and second-year corner Jalen Ramsey was not in attendance.
LB Telvin Smith, OT Branden Albert, RB TJ Yeldon, TE Neil Sterling, DE Dawuane Smoot also among those not practicing on Day 1 Jaguars OTA.

Obviously, none of this is a big deal.
The Jaguars starting secondary (Ramsey, A.J. Bouye, Barry Church, Tashaun Gipson and Aaron Colvin) didn’t even participate in the first day of OTA practices.
The Jaguars will be back on the field Thursday and Friday for OTAs and head coach Doug Marrone will address the media following practice, undoubtedly to state that the players not being here isn’t a big deal at this point in time.
As far as I know, none of these players are injured, or at least no significant injuries. It should be noted that at this point in the offseason, the Jaguars don’t have to disclose injuries even if they were.
