The Jacksonville Jaguars have hired former New York Giants offensive lineman Chris Snee as a college scout.
Snee will evaluate collegiate offensive linemen, travel to visit collegiate prospects across the nation, and work under Jaguars Director of College Scouting Mark Ellenz. Snee will also assist Offensive Line Coach Pat Flaherty and Assistant Offensive Line Coach Tony Sparano Jr. with the team’s offensive line unit at minicamp and training camp practices.
Snee previously served as a consultant for the Jaguars at the 2017 NFL Combine in Indianapolis.
Snee has his fair share of accomplishments. With the Giants, he won two Super Bowls, was voted to the Pro Bowl four times, and was chosen as both a First Team and Second Team All Pro once. With the previous relationships between the two parties, as well as Snee’s impressive resume, it’s easy to see why the Jaguars might value his opinion on offensive lineman.
