With just 94 days until kickoff, let’s talk about the best No. 94 in Jacksonville Jaguars history — Jeremy Mincey.
Jeremy Mincey (2007-2013)
A sixth-round draft pick by the New England Patriots in 2006, Mincey bounced around a couple of practice squads before finally landing with the Jaguars in 2007. Once here, it took him a couple of years (and one season outside of football) to find his groove, but once he did he was able to contribute — getting 13 sacks and six forced fumbles in his final 2.5 years with the team.
Mincey was released in the middle of the 2013 season and scooped up by the Denver Broncos and former head coach Jack Del Rio, helping the team reach Super Bowl XLVIII as a reserve defensive lineman. He was with the Dallas Cowboys for two seasons after that and retired August of 2016.
What’s Mincey up to now? Getting millions of listens on YouTube with Young Cash, apparently.
