POLL: Should the Jacksonville Jaguars sign Jeremy Maclin?

NFL: Jacksonville Jaguars at Kansas City Chiefs Jeff Curry-USA TODAY Sports

After the Kansas City Chiefs surprisingly cut Jeremy Maclin, the 29-year old receiver already has two free agent visits lined up — the veteran will visit the Buffalo Bills on Tuesday and the Baltimore Ravens on Wednesday, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

But should the Jacksonville Jaguars be interested?

After all, this was a team that was willing to bring former New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz in for a visit last month.

But bringing Maclin in for a visit would bring the same challenge as when they brought in Cruz. It's unlikely he's going to play over Allen Robinson, Allen Hurns or Marqise Lee and Cruz isn't really known as a special teams guy. The team also spent a fourth round pick on Dede Westbrook, so again Cruz would kind of be buried on the depth chart.

What do you think? Should the Jaguars bring Maclin in for a visit and a workout? Or would it just be best to let him find a team where he’d have a bit more opportunities?
