While the Jaguars have struggled to put it all together on Sundays, their regular season roster has been harder to make in recent years. Gone are the days when a handful of undrafted free agents would be featured in key roles.

A.J. Bouye is the Jacksonville Jaguars player I’m most excited to see in 2017 -
The Jacksonville Jaguars added quite a few high-profile players to their roster in free agency and the draft this year. The defensive line got an upgrade with veteran Calais Campbell. The offense is now in the hands of 22-year-old Leonard Fournette. Whoever is quarterback in the years to come will be protected by highly touted offensive tackle Cam Robinson. But there’s one player I’m most excited to see play this year — and it’s newly signed cornerback A.J. Bouye.

Jalen Ramsey was great in 2016 even if the Jacksonville Jaguars weren’t. For a team that went 3-13, the rookie cornerback was worth tuning in for on a weekly basis. Ramsey’s infectious confidence forced you to pay attention, even if his budding abilities as a shutdown cornerback didn’t already.
