With just 43 days until kickoff, let’s talk about Mike Brown. Remember him? Of course you don’t! But he caught a 43-yard pass from Chad Henne back in 2013 against the San Diego Chargers.
Gone, but not forgotten...

At one point, Mike Brown was a starting wide receiver for the Jaguars, playing opposite Cecil Shorts III. And this wasn’t just a fluke — he started six games for that 2013 team.
Goodness gracious, y’all.
The above 43-yard catch was the longest of his short career. The undrafted receiver out of Liberty spent three seasons with the Jaguars, played in 18 games, and caught 39 passes on 72 targets for 534 yards and two touchdowns.
He’s now the offensive quality control assistant coach for the University of Delaware football team.
Go Jaguars.
