Jacksonville Jaguars veteran linebacker Paul Posluszny is making the transition from middle linebacker to strong side linebacker this offseason, a move he called the most difficult of his career. Based on everything we know so far, the move has been a slow transition for him, which wasn’t unexpected, mainly because Poz says he’s not reading and reacting as fast as he needs to be.
