With just 16 days until kickoff, let’s talk about how all 16 Jacksonville Jaguars games will be split up among the three quarterbacks currently on the roster.
“It’s Chad Henne’s job to lose.”
The Jaguars’ starting quarterback position is likely Chad Henne’s to lose.
Brandon Allen is playing well enough to be considered in the mix.
Blake Bortles might just get cut before the regular season opener.
And there could very well be a free agent quarterback available who’s better than all of them.
My question to you today is a simple one: How do you think the 16 games will be split up among the quarterbacks on the Jaguars?
Will Henne start all 16? Will Bortles start the first four and then Henne take over the rest? Will Allen get a shot late in the year with a mixture of Bortles and Henne before that? What about a free agent option?
I think it’s Henne for 12 games, but once we’re out of the playoff race I think it’s Allen for the remaining four. What do you think?
