Jaguars vs. Cardinals: What happened to the defense on that last drive?

The Jacksonville Jaguars defense usually has that last little bit left in the tank for the end of the game when a turnover, a score, or just a stop is needed. Not this past week. Not against Blaine Gabbert. Not with 8-3 and the AFC South lead and three home games in a row waiting for us.

It was only a three-play drive including the field goal but it was the most important of the game. Stop them on either of the two plays. Instead, Gabbert had his way with our defense, hitting receivers near the sidelines on both plays.

Tied 24-24 and the offense having stalled, the defense took over — it was going to overtime, right?
