Jaguars executive vice president of football operations Tom Coughlin and offensive line coach Pat Flaherty were with the New York Giants for Flowers’ first two seasons in the NFL and, well...
During Flowers' rookie season, he and then-Giants OL coach Pat Flaherty had to be separated during an argument at halftime of a game in Tampa. Flaherty is now the Jaguars' OL coach. https://t.co/MYcnR4yGAw
