Pro Football Focus is charting everything when it comes to the 2018 NFL regular season and that includes the Week 6 matchup between the Jacksonville Jaguars and Dallas Cowboys.
So who was the cream of the crop and who did poorly on Sunday? Let’s check it out!
Offense
- It was another game to forget for quarterback Blake Bortles who continues to struggle. This time his problems came from a clean pocket, his passer rating of 78.4 when kept clean was the fifth lowest among quarterbacks on Sunday
- The Jaguars running backs ranked as some of the worst in terms of elusive rating in Week 6. On a combined 17 touches both Jamaal Charles and T.J. Yeldon failed to make a single defender miss as both recorded an elusive rating of zero.
Defense
- Jalen Ramsey’s 79.0 overall grade was his highest of the season, he gave up a passer rating of just 42.2 against the Cowboys as he allowed just one reception on his three targets for just one yard.
- Edge defender Yannick Ngakoue was still getting after the quarterback on Sunday as he picked up another five pressures bringing his season total to 26. His five total pressures ranked eighth this week and his pass rush productivity of 14.0 ranked 11th among edge defenders.
