The Jacksonville Jaguars are reportedly interested in veteran tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins, according to Gregg Bell of The News Tribune out of Seattle.
#Seahawks will have competition if they want to sign hometown TE Austin Seferian-Jenkins. Source tells me Bears, Jaguars, Colts also interested in former #UWHuskies, Gig Harbor HS star in free agency https://t.co/eljaJmotSk @thenewstribune

Seferian-Jenkins has 105 career receptions for 1,070 yards and 10 touchdowns.
According to Spotrac.com, Seferian-Jenkins’ market value is about $4.1 million per year and they’re expecting him to be signed to a three-year, $12.4 million contract this offseason.
Personally, I don’t think he’s worth pursuing. The Jaguars need a No. 1 tight end and Seferian-Jenkins has played just 38 career games in his five-year career. He’s someone you might pair with another guy, but he’s a high-volume, low-yardage pass catcher and we already have those on the team.
