It appears the Jacksonville Jaguars have had another solid free agency roundup and the team definitely should come out of the period as a much-improved unit. One player who would definitely agree with that notion is Jags Pro Bowl corner A.J. Bouye, who joined NFL Network’s Total Access to discuss the Jags’ free agency additions and more. One of the questions he was asked in particular by one of the show’s hosts in former NFL linebacker Willie McGinest was what would fuel the Jags in 2018.

The Jacksonville Jaguars made a flurry of free agency signings over the past few days, headlined by All-Pro left guard Andrew Norwell. After Norwell, the Jaguars seemingly targeted a lot of their areas of need with veteran free agents, clogging up a lot of their roster’s proverbial holes in the process. Doing such typically leans a team to the ultimate freedom with their pick in the first round of the draft, but with the Jaguars holding the No. 29 overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, are they actually telegraphing their move?

Following a busy opening week of free agency, the Jaguars are in prime position to add the best players available in April’s NFL Draft.

Jacksonville has very few glaring needs (on paper), which should free up opportunities during the prospect selection process. While the Jaguars still need to address some areas of depth, the team isn’t in dire need of any major additions.
