We’re 29 days out from the 2018 NFL Draft. Every day between now and then we’ll be predicting a different team’s draft pick until we get to the Jacksonville Jaguars!

First up is the first overall pick — the lowly Cleveland Browns who finished the year with an abysmal 0-16 record, but seem to have been setting themselves up for this draft and this year in particular. They’ve got the No. 1 and No. 4 overall picks and they’ve made some serious moves this offseason, trading for wide receiver Jarvis Landry from the Miami Dolphins and quarterback Tyrod Taylor from the Buffalo Bills.

So, who will the Browns pick with the No. 1 overall pick? Here are the options below:

Possible picks:

  1. QB Sam Darnold — Todd McShay has Darnold going first overall and for good reason — the Browns have shown considerable interest in him and were out in force at Darnold’s pro day.
  2. QB Josh Allen — He needs a little more time than Darnold but if the Browns are okay letting a quarterback sit and learn while letting Tyrod Taylor play, Allen could be the pick.
  3. QB Josh Rosen — He’s described as the most pro-ready quarterback in Mel Kiper’s latest mock draft and he’s got a really strong arm.
  4. RB Saquon Barkley — He’s the best running back in the class and if the Browns are fine with multiple quarterbacks, they might wait until the No. 4 overall pick to get a passer and go with the best non-quarterback in the class.
