NFL Top 100: Jaguars Leonard Fournette ranked No. 58

The NFL Top 100 has been counting down this offseason and the Jacksonville Jaguars have already had two players, defensive end Yannick Ngakoue and linebacker Telvin Smith, make appearances on the list. Surprisingly on Monday night’s reveal, the Jaguars had an offensive player make the list and it wasn’t incoming free agent signing Andrew Norwell.

Coming in at No. 58 was Jaguars rookie running back Leonard Fournette.

Fournette had a nice rookie season, eclipsing the 1,000 mark despite missing a couple of games, but his yards per carry was under 4.0. Either way, Fournette provided the Jaguars offense a blunt object to batter the other teams eventually into submission with.

While Fournette’s rookie season was good, his future looks even better as the Jaguars offense evolves. The team added an upgrade to their offensive line and some speed on the outside at wide receiver, hoping to pull and move some defenders out of the box to give Fournette more lanes to bulldoze.
