With just 73 days until the 2018 NFL regular season kicks off, let’s talk about Rashad Greene’s 73-yard punt return that put the Jacksonville Jaguars up two scores and the game out of reach for the Indianapolis Colts in Gus Bradley’s most dominating win of his head coaching career.

73 DAYS UNTIL KICKOFF!

It was the beginning of the second half. After an 80-yard touchdown to Allen Hurns, the Jaguars were clinging to a 16-13 lead that wasn’t going to stay very close for very long.
The defense forced a fourth down deep in their own territory but Colts punter Pat McAfee booted a deep one — over 50 yards in the air to where returner Rashad Greene caught the ball at his 27-yard line with a defender less than four yards away. The Colts defender missed, however, and Greene found blockers to the right.
10 seconds later, the Jaguars were up 23-13.
It was utter dominance from a Jaguars team that had given us little to root for on the field up until then — and probably Greene’s most impactful play of his career.
