Teddy Bridgewater has reportedly been traded to the New Orleans Saints, away from the New York Jets, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Bridgewater has played in just one game since the end of the 2015 season. Now he’s the heir apparent to Drew Brees after it was thought the Saints could make a move for Lamar Jackson in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft.
Bridgewater is 28-for-38 for 316 yards in three preseason appearances this season.
