There is a real live NFL football game involving the Jacksonville Jaguars this upcoming Sunday. The Jaguars will travel to the Big Apple and take on the New York Giants to open the 2018 season, which should have an interesting twist with Tom Coughlin now being the Jaguars vice president of football operations.
As expected, the Jaguars opened up as a road favorite against the Giants with odds makers giving the Giants three points. While at first glance that may seem like a snap bet on the Jaguars to cover, you have to remember it’s on the road and it’s Week 1 of the NFL season.
Despite what we’ve seen in the preseason, Jaguars fans as much as anyone should know that Week 1 can be wacky and unforeseen things happen. Just look at last season when the Jaguars blew the doors off the Houston Texans after having so much turmoil during the preseason. They went on to be on the doorstep of the Super Bowl.
All that being said, come on only three points?
